As things stand it looks like I would be on AlloP all my life. I have some questions that I am not fully clear on. I am in my 30s so want to keep my kidneys as healthy as possible
Q1- What is the real world effect of AlloP on the kidneys? Do the kidneys get slowly damaged? Or does that only happen if you take AlloP but not drink plenty of water? Stone formation etc? Will plenty of water consumption insure against kidney damage? I read that regular tests need to be done to keep an eye on kidney function while on AlloP. What are these tests and what exactly gets tested?
Q2- I am reading conflicting info on vitamin C. I read that Vit C combines with AlloP to form kidney stones. Any views?
